FOCUS realises its spare parts portal with iSP
FOCUS Integration, a company based in Michigan, USA, specializing in robotic palletizing solutions, has chosen Interactive SPares to create its own spare parts and assistance portal.
The American company produces highly-customised machines; this translates into the need to show each customer only the catalogues for its particular machines, not all the machines produced by FOCUS. Using the Serial Number Management add-on, the portal administrator can associate one or more serial numbers to each catalogue and limit visualisation for certain customers to only the spare parts catalogues of the machines with that specific serial number.
It is thus possible to drastically reduce the possibility of errors in orders for spare parts and the final customer can enjoy a tailored spare parts and assistance service.
