The smart way to manage technical support

With the Ticket System extension, you will be able to track your customer support requests, organise them according to priority and provide highly professional support to all customers of your Interactive Spares portal.
Customers, in turn, will have a summary panel with all the tickets they have sent, they can monitor the progress and send attachments as photos or documents.

A handy search field will help you quickly find all tickets for a certain customer or tickets that contain a specific keyword.

History and Attachments

The ticket provides a chronological sequence of questions and answers that have followed each other. The administrator can download or preview all the files that the customer has uploaded.

Email & Notifications

An automated mailing system notifies the customer or administrator when one of them updates the ticket. Notifications of unread messages appear on the administration panel and in the customer dashboard.

Configurable Topics

Create custom support topics based on your service structure. Easily edit existing ones to fit your evolving needs.
