The Ticket System extension lets you track support requests from your customers, organize them by priority and provide highly professional support to all customers of your Interactive SPares portal.
An overview panel will let your customers check all the tickets they have submitted, monitor their progress and send attachments such as photos or documents.
A convenient search field will help you quickly find all the tickets related to a specific customer or containing a specific keyword.
History and Attachments
The ticket provides a sequence of all questions-answers by chronological order. The administrator can download or display in preview mode all the files uploaded by a customer.
Mail and Notifications
An automated mailing system notifies the customer or administrator when a ticket is updated by either party. Unread message notifications appear on the admin panel and in the customer dashboard.
