SHANTUI AMERICA – Spares and assistance portal realized with iSP
Shantui America Corp., based in Miami, Florida, chose Interactive SPares as software platform to develop its spare parts and after sales service portal.
Founded in 1980 in China, Shantui originally produced parts and engines for earth-moving, construction and hoisting machinery. Today it is one of the 50 major global manufacturers of the construction equipment and one of the 500 top Chinese manufacturers. Shantui has established a solid sales network and customer service system and its products, among which bulldozers, construction equipment, hoisting machinery and road paving equipment, are sold in more than 150 countries around the world.
With the new portal, Shantui America is now able to share electronic spare parts catalogues with its dealers, to receive quote requests, to sell spare parts, to manage warranty activations and warranty service requests, to e-mail marketing campaigns to all users.
